A distance contract relating to a series of products or services delivered over time.

Durable medium
Any tool that allows information to be stored in a way that enables future consultation.

Right of withdrawal
The right of the consumer to withdraw from the contract within the cooling-off period.

Trader
Arc & Ivy London, the company offering products through the website.

Distance contract
A contract concluded through the website without the consumer and trader being physically present in the same place.

General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions of Arc & Ivy London.


Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Arc & Ivy London and to every distance contract concluded between the company and the consumer.

Before a purchase is completed, these terms are made available to the consumer via the website.

If specific product conditions apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions, the most favorable provision for the consumer shall apply.

If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.


Article 3 – The Offer

All offers on the website are non-binding.

Arc & Ivy London reserves the right to modify offers, prices, and product availability at any time.

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur, including:

  • color differences due to screen settings

  • packaging variations

  • small manufacturing differences

Such differences do not constitute grounds for compensation or cancellation.


Article 4 – The Contract

A contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and payment has been successfully completed.

After placing an order, the consumer will receive an order confirmation via email.

Arc & Ivy London reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

  • payment authorization fails

  • incorrect information is provided

  • fraudulent activity is suspected

  • products are unavailable

If an order is cancelled, the consumer will receive a full refund.


Article 5 – Pricing

All prices on the website are subject to change without notice.

Arc & Ivy London is not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical or typographical mistakes.

If such an error occurs, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.

Prices may fluctuate due to supplier pricing changes, currency fluctuations, or market conditions.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days after receiving the product without providing a reason.

During the cooling-off period the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.

Products must be returned:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • with original packaging

Article 7 – Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Arc & Ivy London is not responsible for:

  • lost return shipments

  • damaged return packages

  • customs charges on returned items

Refunds are processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days after approval.


Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

  • personalized products

  • hygienic products where the seal is broken

  • products that cannot be returned due to their nature

  • items that deteriorate rapidly

  • clearance or final sale products


Article 9 – Delivery

Arc & Ivy London works with international suppliers and logistics partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • customs processing

  • international logistics

  • carrier delays

  • force majeure situations

Arc & Ivy London cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded.


Article 10 – Import Duties and Customs

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Arc & Ivy London has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict such charges.


Article 11 – Warranty and Product Defects

Products must be inspected upon delivery.

If a defect is found, the consumer must notify Arc & Ivy London within 30 days of delivery.

Arc & Ivy London reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • replacement

  • repair

  • refund

The warranty does not apply if the product has been:

  • misused

  • altered

  • damaged by improper handling


Article 12 – Liability

Arc & Ivy London shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of products purchased through the website.

Liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.

Arc & Ivy London is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by shipping carriers

  • customs delays

  • lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.


Article 13 – Payment

Payments must be completed during checkout using the available payment methods.

If payment fails or is reversed, Arc & Ivy London reserves the right to cancel the order.

Customers must report any payment inaccuracies immediately.


Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints should be submitted within 7 days after discovery of the issue.

Arc & Ivy London will respond within 14 days.


Article 15 – Disputes

All agreements between Arc & Ivy London and the consumer are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be handled according to the applicable legal jurisdiction.
